We only transfer your data:

What We Share With Third Parties

We share limited data with third parties to implement core functionality of Biz Review Radar:

  • AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini): When you generate a report or an AI-drafted reply, we share the relevant prompt and basic business or competitor information you have provided so the provider can return an answer. We may add additional AI partners over time to expand or improve the Services.
  • Stripe: We share your name, email, and access metadata so Stripe can process payments. We do not share the contents of your reports, prompts, or generated replies with Stripe.
  • Google Places / Google Business Profile data: We query Google to look up business and competitor information you enter. We do not transmit your password or payment data to Google.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: We use third-party cloud, database, and email infrastructure providers to store data and operate the Services on our behalf.

We do not share your data with other AI tools or service providers beyond what is described in this Policy.

Cookies & Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”) using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include device and browser information, network details, IP address, and information about how you use the Services. We use Cookies to operate and improve the Site and Services and to run analytics. Third parties we work with may also use Cookies on our Site to help tailor analytics and advertising.

Most browsers accept Cookies by default. You can remove or reject Cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect Site functionality and may not fully prevent information sharing with third parties (such as analytics partners).

Information We Obtain From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from vendors and service providers acting on our behalf, such as:

  • Payment processors (e.g., card details and billing address) to process payments and fulfill orders;
  • Online tracking partners (e.g., pixels, web beacons, SDKs, third-party libraries, and Cookies) when you visit the Site, open or click our emails, or interact with our Services or ads.

We treat such information in accordance with this Policy. We are not responsible for third-party accuracy or for the policies and practices of those third parties.

How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Providing Products and Services: To operate the Services; process payments; create and manage accounts; generate competitor reports and AI-drafted replies; and send account-related or transactional notices.
  • Marketing and Communications: To send marketing communications about features, plans, and updates, and to tailor messaging where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and act on possible fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe; please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
  • Support and Improvement: To provide support, improve the Services, and maintain our relationship with you.

Security and Retention of Your Information

No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Information sent to us may not be secure in transit; please avoid using unsecure channels to send us sensitive information.

Retention depends on factors such as account maintenance, provision of the Services, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements. For active subscribers, we retain your business profile and historical reports so that you can revisit and compare results over time. For one-time and short-lived purchases, generated reports and temporary account data are deleted automatically after the period described at purchase. After cancellation or non-payment, we may delete your account data within a reasonable period in accordance with our retention practices. We recommend you save important results to your own systems.
