- Locked business identity per account: after onboarding, a login is bound to one business and one location.
- Admin override lets corporate unlock or re-map a location's business identity when needed.
- Per-location competitor analysis (up to 7 auto + 2 manual = 9 competitors).
- AI-drafted replies with mandatory human approval and per-reply audit records.
- Structured audit events on approvals, profile updates, and admin overrides.
On the roadmap
These features are not live yet. They are behind feature flags in the app and, where noted, depend on Google Business Profile approval.
