User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Biz Review Radar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and your business, and to promptly update it when it changes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Biz Review Radar uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, insights, and suggested replies to customer reviews. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it publicly or sharing it with customers. Biz Review Radar is not liable for the consequences of unedited AI output you choose to publish.
4. Google Business Profile Data Usage
The Service may surface business and review data sourced through Google APIs, including the Google Places and Google Business Profile APIs. Your use of such data is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and applicable API policies. You agree not to cache, redistribute, or use this data in any manner that violates Google’s policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, and content provided by Biz Review Radar are the property of Biz Review Radar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
6. API and Developer Usage
If your plan includes API access, you may build integrations for your own business. The current API base URL is https://bizreviewradar.com/api/v1; a dedicated https://api.bizreviewradar.com host is planned but not yet live. Features labelled planned, private, beta, or flag-gated may change or be withdrawn.
7. API Keys and Credential Responsibility
API keys, OAuth client secrets, and webhook signing secrets are displayed once and are yours to protect. You are responsible for everything done with your credentials. Rotate them from the developer portal and tell us at sales@bizreviewradar.com if one may have leaked.
8. Webhooks and Third-Party Destinations
When you register a webhook endpoint, we send your account events to the URL you choose. You are responsible for that destination and for verifying our HMAC signatures before trusting a payload. Delivery is at-least-once, so events may repeat or be retried, and we are not responsible for what happens to data after it reaches your endpoint.
9. Zapier and Private Integrations
Our Zapier integration is private and available to approved accounts only; it is not published in the public Zapier directory. Automations you build in Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar tools run under your own credentials and those providers’ terms.
10. AI Provider Data Processing
To generate summaries and reply drafts we send relevant business context and public review text to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI) acting on our behalf. We do not send payment details or account passwords. Their processing is governed by their own terms.
11. No Guaranteed Google Outcomes
We do not guarantee any Google ranking, map-pack position, review count, star rating, or the removal or restoration of a review. Direct Google Business Profile sync and reply publishing are planned features that stay disabled pending Google/GMBapi credentials and approval, so today you post approved replies yourself.
12. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Plans carry usage quotas and API requests are rate limited. Honour Retry-After responses, back off on errors, and prefer webhooks to heavy polling. Excessive automated load may be throttled.
13. Suspension and Abuse
We may suspend or terminate your account, or revoke credentials, if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate this Agreement, abuse quotas, misrepresent a business, or harm the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
14. Data Export and Deletion
Email sales@bizreviewradar.com from your account address to request an export or deletion of your data. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and complete within 30 days, except where records must be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
15. Support and Contact
Support is by email at sales@bizreviewradar.com. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Phone and 24/7 support are not offered today, and no specific resolution time is guaranteed.
