Google Business Profile integration — planned, not yet live
Direct Google Business Profile sync, reply publishing, and profile updates are built but disabled pending Google / GMBapi credentials and approval. Until that is complete, Biz Review Radar drafts replies and insights for you and you post them on Google yourself. Nothing is published to your profile on your behalf.
What is planned, and what works today
Items marked “planned” are implemented in code but switched off. They only become active for an account after Google/GMBapi credentials are approved and an administrator enables them.
OAuth connect (planned)
Scoped Google sign-in built and tested against a mock provider. Tokens would be encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM once live credentials are approved.
Owned-review sync (planned)
Paginated initial sync plus incremental updates for the reviews on your own profile. Not active until credentials are in place.
AI reply drafts (available today)
Biz Review Radar drafts replies you edit and approve. Today you copy the approved reply into Google yourself — nothing is posted for you.
Missing-review monitor (planned)
A conservative check that would flag reviews which consistently stop appearing. Informational only; we cannot restore removed reviews.
Controlled profile updates (planned)
Two-step confirmation and freshness checks before any field would be written to Google. Disabled pending approval.
Single business, single location
Each account is locked to one business. Multi-location writing is intentionally out of scope.

Off by default, enabled per account only after review
Google Business Profile sync, reply publishing, and profile updates are off in production. They remain off until the required Google / GMBapi credentials and approvals are in place. If they are enabled for your account later, we first confirm profile ownership, review the scopes, and walk through the approval flow with you. Disconnecting revokes access immediately and schedules stored Google-derived content for deletion.
AI replies are drafts
Every AI-generated reply is a draft. You edit and approve it, and today you publish it on Google yourself. Direct publishing would only ever happen after an explicit approval step, and only if the integration is enabled for your account.
No guaranteed outcomes
Biz Review Radar does not guarantee any Google ranking, map-pack position, review count, star rating, or review removal or restoration. Google controls its own ranking systems and review moderation. We provide competitor intelligence and drafting help — the results depend on your market and the actions you take.
You stay in control
You choose what to publish, when to connect, and when to disconnect. We never buy, solicit, filter, or fabricate reviews, and we do not modify your Google profile without a confirmation from you.
