These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Biz Review Radar (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Biz Review Radar is a software-as-a-service platform that helps small business owners monitor competitor reviews, benchmark their online reputation, and generate AI-assisted responses to customer reviews. The Service aggregates publicly available business and review data and applies AI models to surface insights, summaries, and recommendations.
2. Subscription & Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Discount codes may be offered occasionally or for special or seasonal events. Codes are subject to availability, may have expiration dates or usage limits, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your access to paid features will end. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (c) submit false or misleading reviews or impersonate another business; or (d) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz Review Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Privacy
We collect and process information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, business category, and location. We also store competitor reports you generate. We use this information solely to deliver the Service. You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing sales@bizreviewradar.com.
7. API and Developer Usage
Where your plan includes API access, you may use our REST API and developer tools to build integrations for your own business. The current API base URL is https://bizreviewradar.com/api/v1. A dedicated https://api.bizreviewradar.com host is planned but not live; do not rely on it until we announce it. API surfaces marked beta, private, planned, or flag-gated may change or be withdrawn, and we may version or deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice.
8. API Keys and Your Responsibility
API keys, OAuth client secrets, and webhook signing secrets are shown once and are your responsibility to store securely. You are accountable for all activity performed with your credentials. Do not share them, embed them in client-side code, or use them on behalf of a business you do not own. Notify us immediately at sales@bizreviewradar.com if a credential may be exposed, and rotate it from your developer portal.
9. Webhook Delivery and Third-Party Destinations
If you register a webhook endpoint, we send account data to the URL you provide. You are responsible for that destination, including any third-party service it belongs to, and for verifying our signatures before trusting a payload. Delivery is best-effort and at-least-once: events may arrive more than once, out of order, or be retried and then dead-lettered after repeated failures. We are not responsible for data loss or exposure that occurs after a delivery leaves our systems.
10. Zapier and Private Integrations
Our Zapier integration is currently private and provided for controlled demonstration and approved accounts only; it is not listed in the public Zapier directory. Automations you build with Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar tools run under your credentials and your third-party account terms. You are responsible for what those automations do with your data.
11. AI-Generated Content
Summaries, insights, recommendations, and review replies produced by the Service are AI-generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are drafts and suggestions, not professional, legal, or marketing advice. You must review, edit, and approve any AI output before publishing it. You remain the author and publisher of anything you post.
12. AI Provider Data Processing
To generate AI output we send the relevant business context and public review text to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI) acting as processors on our behalf. We do not send your payment details or your account password. Provider usage is subject to their terms and data-handling policies. If you prefer not to use AI features, do not use them — the competitor tracking parts of the Service can be used without generating AI replies.
13. Google and Google Business Profile Data
The Service surfaces publicly available business and review information, including data obtained through Google APIs. Your use of that data is subject to Google’s terms and API policies. Direct Google Business Profile connection, review sync, reply publishing, and profile updates are planned features that are disabled pending Google/GMBapi credentials and approval. Until they are enabled for your account, you publish approved replies on Google yourself.
14. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee any Google ranking, map-pack placement, review count, star rating, new customers, or the removal or restoration of any review. Google controls its own ranking and moderation systems. The Service provides intelligence and drafting assistance; results depend on your market and the actions you take.
15. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Plans include usage quotas, and API traffic is subject to rate limits that we may adjust to protect service stability. Please honour Retry-After responses, back off on errors, and prefer webhooks over aggressive polling. Excessive automated load, scraping, or attempts to bypass quotas may be throttled or blocked.
16. Suspension and Abuse
We may suspend or terminate access, or revoke credentials, if we reasonably believe an account is being used to violate these Terms, harm the Service or other users, abuse quotas, or misrepresent a business. Where practical we contact you first; for security or abuse issues we may act immediately and explain afterwards.
17. Data Export and Deletion
You may request a copy of your account data or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@bizreviewradar.com from the address on your account. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and to complete them within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Deleting your account ends access to reports and generated content.
18. Support
Support is provided by email at sales@bizreviewradar.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. We do not currently offer 24/7 or phone support, and no specific response or resolution time is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
